  Having shared office space with Fox Cities Lighting and Sign from the inception of their business until the time they relocated to their new, larger facility late last year, I can tell you that I NEVER heard anyone from the company ever treat a customer disparagingly either over the phone or in person. We shared office space with virtually no boundaries as well as conference room space where we would be privy to the meetings both Jim and Sara G. (graphic designer) had with their clients just by the nature of how we shared office space. As the company grew and the staff had to be out of the office more for jobs and consultations, we stepped in as "receptionists" as needed. If a client came in and needed something immediate, we could always reach someone from the company by phone who could answer the clients question or make arrangements with them. Fox Cities Chamber Business Magazine has named Fox Cities Sign & Lighting as their Business of the Month for April 2012, which should also speak volumes for the type of business that they are. If you have lighting or sign needs, please give them a call or stop in and give them a chance and judge for yourself. I promise you that you'll receive great, personal service from kind and knowledgeable staff. And, as always, they'll "keep an eye on your sign." Please check them out for yourself before letting one review skew your impression of their business...in the 5+ years we shared office space I NEVER heard any client interactions even closely resembling the one stated above...not even after a phone call with a client had ended and we were "behind closed doors"...always professional and always doing whatever needed to be done to get the job done and satisfy the client. Sara has even done sign and design work for me personally and I, as well as those who saw the results of her work for me, were extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work that was performed!!
